Over priced gluten free bagels. You need to have extemely sharp teeth to bite through them. It was unorganized caos. They ask for your order, then the guy turns around and stops listening. Your left standing like a confused fool. When he's good and ready, you have to repeat it again,and again, at least 5 more times. Mind you I was ordering for 5 people, with different requests. When you are finally ready to pay, you have to repeat the entire order again, to top it off, they are very rude and absent of any customer service. After your blood pressure is elevated, they tell you to calm down in an extremely condescending voice. To think it could all be resolved by writing the order down in the first place.
