In the Leva Hotel complex, visitors will find the natural food-based restaurant. Dishes made from fresh, organic ingredients are served there, low carb. The adjacent bakery offers delicious, healthy breads, including gluten-free and keto, as well as something for those with a sweet tooth. The modern restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with friendly service. Sven, the baking professional, turned his back on Germany over 20 years ago. An interesting man with far-sighted views. He runs this restaurant together with a chef, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. We met Annika there with our friends, who gives children's baking courses in German and English in these premises.

Who doesn't know this as a German? Why doesn't the hotel have decent (whole grain) bread abroad? Unfortunately, there are only products made from white flour such as toast bread and rolls. The same thing happened to us in Dubai. However, the daughter of our German neighbors, who emigrated to Dubai more than a year ago, invited us to a “bakery” in the immediate vicinity of the Burj Khalifa. The name of the bakery: “Baker’s Kitchen”. The baker Sven, who emigrated to Dubai over 20 years ago, offers “sensible” bread, cakes and pastries here, even gluten-free. The cappucino was also excellent. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, the service and the boss are exemplary. My recommendation for anyone visiting Dubai.
