A very pleasant discovery among the alleys of Genoa that saved my day. Quite close to the Duomo I discovered this bakery where I was able to taste the classic focaccia genovese but gluten free. All the savoury things were excellent, perhaps the thing I liked least was the sweet croissant but maybe that day the puff pastry hadn't come out very well 😜

The place is small, but as a celiac I can say that I would like to live in Genoa just for this bakery! I would really like there to be similar places in all cities to give the possibility to those who have intolerances or diseases such as celiac disease, to have the "normal" trusted baker under their house! Congratulations! Very honest prices.
