Absolutely deliciious! Perfectly rare just the way I like. It was a special on the menu, Ben H. described it as the outer edge of the ribeye, also called a butter steak, very marbled, tender & flavorful (it sure was!), marinated overnight in a dijon brown sugar based marinade with sautéed tiger shrimp topped with a creole béchamel sauce & a side of shoe string fries.
Probably the best shrimp I've ever had as well. & I must say, top favorites on cuts of meat! Ben is also a fantastic server-very attentive & personable & informative. He was well versed on the specials & providing us with information when we asked. I truly appreciate those who do their homework in the service industry & don't rely on the TOAST to do the work for them. Kudos to Ben!
Oysters with the mignonette are also superb 🤌🏽
