Bamboo Sushi

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. It is the best sushi we’ve had and we’ve lived by the ocean. The staff is amazing the food is even better. We have brought so many people here and everyone agrees that their food is AMAZING. Don’t sleep on this place. Also, everything but the beer and burger are gluten free. Also, Kat is the best and if you get her for a sever take ALL of her recommendations!

This review for the lohi location!! Always best gf sushi we experience in Denver! Love the interior and fast service. Can't have GF tempura for sushi in Texas and we know Denver's Bamboo always delivers - even when my husband doesn't need to be gluten free he loves it too! For new congress location: get the chef and staff from lohi to this new spot. Sushi is different.'attitude is different. Awfully rude when they messed up my allergy specific order. Sloppy presentation. It's like an entirely different restaurant. 1/5 stars for congress park location.

100% gluten free. Their food was amazing. Dessert was really good. Haven’t had anything like it. The service was good but a little random. The location we went to just recently opened and they were still working out kinks. Over all good experience. We sat outside on a really nice day too.
