This has now become one of my favorite sushi places. Their food is a work of art. Seriously. Art that you get to fully enjoy. Their whole menu (minus one item) is gluten free. That's right. You can enjoy tempura! I teared up a bit about this. It's been almost 13 years since I have had tempura and this place did not disappoint! Their beverages are delicious and beautifully made. Their rolls are flavorful and filling. Their atmosphere is modern and simple, allowing you to focus on the food/art in front of you. Our server was top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. Parking can be difficult because it's the U Village, and it's totally worth it. Fresh, tasty, amazing and absolutely worth it.

So many great options for sushi lovers, vegetarians, kids, and even picky eaters! (Almost the entire is Gluten Free! 🫨) Servers are so attentive and knowledgeable and entire staff makes you feel welcomed. Food is amazing, highly recommend!!!

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food felt fresh, healthy, and guilt free. The place only had two dishes with gluten in it which was fantastic for my daughter with celiac. The green machine roll was life changing. The garlic fried rice was on par with the best fried rice dishes I have even had. The shrimp tempura was light and perfect. I look forward to many more visits and only regret not finding this place sooner. Sorry no photo. We ate it all too fast.
