Bar 'Cino Newport

Lauren was our server and literally the best. My friend had a gluten allergy and Lauren literally went thru the menu to reassure my friend of the dishes without gluten. The staff seemed very attentive throughout the whole dining experience too. One of my family members has a gluten allergy so I've had gluten free pasta before but this was really great and the bechamel sauce hit the spot. They even had a gluten free cake that we tried and it was incredible. It didn't fall apart or crumble which was surprising. Last time I went, I got the carbonara which was incredible. This time, I switched it up and I got the bologanese, these people don't miss at all. Solid wine prices with the classic italian reds and good variety on the drink menu. They even an interesting mocktail menu that you can add booze if you want to make it a cocktail. This place is so much more than just another italian restaurant.
