The brand of Gluten Free tortilla they use is Tofayan. They stay soft even after being in the fridge overnight, I even ate it cold. This location is good about preventing cross contamination and their website has a break down on what has what allergens.

Very Clean they change their Gloves constantly parking available everywhere it’s a big plaza they have lots and so many Gluten-free Options the Cascadia GLUTEEN free is my favourite also the wraps are so yummy , trust me and all my co-worker love other option .. Thank You for opening
