We have had so many good experiences at Barbacoa's and this time we brought new neighbors to experience this great restaurant, and we requested Crystal again, and she was not available, because she was doing tables of 5 or more. But after we sat down, she came over and said she switched a table so she could be our server. She is so amazing. I did not know our neighbors were Gluten intolerant, but Crystal dove right in, and gave them so many suggestions. So again, the food and atmosphere, and Crystal's energetic personality, made it again a great experience.

Always a dining experience here. By far our favorite place in all of Boise. Service to presentation to consistency. They have GF options for Celiac. We have so many favorites is hard to list. Favorite cocktail are the ice tinis.
