We have had so many good experiences at Barbacoa's and this time we brought new neighbors to experience this great restaurant, and we requested Crystal again, and she was not available, because she was doing tables of 5 or more. But after we sat down, she came over and said she switched a table so she could be our server. She is so amazing. I did not know our neighbors were Gluten intolerant, but Crystal dove right in, and gave them so many suggestions. I have celiac and there are not many places for me to get food that’s including the grocery stores that mainly have gluten free junk food so my partner tried to help me find something to eat that was an actual meal (yes I’m new to the diagnosis) so we settled on this place b we saw they had some options so we ordered and waited he got a notification about 20 min after we ordered that they couldn’t fill the order and gave a refund and u know sitting here typing this I’m very starved b no one can live off junk and gluten free stuff is not cheap nor do I have the knowledge of making any of the meals so ordering was the realistic option so thank u for the refund when I really needed food that u supposedly serve I think u should change ur menu options if u don’t serve gluten free or just don’t want to
