Lots of delicious naturally gluten free dishes. Chefs Kiss!

Favorite Taco spot in Boulder, actually, the only one I even go to these days. Holy smokes this place slaps. Went Friday for the first time since getting to Boulder for the week, and I was a little concerned as my diet shifted to gluten free. Before looking at the menu, Natalia came over, I think she even sensed my concerns/questions and asked if I needed any help with the menu. I reluctantly said I’m gluten free, what can I eat on the menu, somewhat ho hum. Couldn’t have gotten luckier with Natalia helping, she was like, “yeah, me too, I’m gluten free” and then she unexpectedly changed my life. Every taco I used to love I could still have. I was shocked, in disbelief, and her joy and care in making sure I knew I could safely eat my favorite mouth watering taco bombs, truly made my day. She made our experience that much better and hope she’s around when I go again. My favorites are the duck, pork belly, Baja fish, and then that jalapeño sauce…mouth watering right now as I type. All are awesome. Headed back this week before I take off for those little handheld bites from above.
