Basilico Greenville

Stopped in on the way to North Carolina. Horrible dining experience. Ordered spaghetti with marinara and house salad. Asked waitress if I could get spaghetti gluten free. She said yes, but when she brought my order, it was penne pasta. She said that was the only gluten free pasta they had. She never informed me of the change. The pasta sauce tasted like something that came out of a can, the salad had old tomatoes on it, and the garlic knots were tough. After eating, the waitress never returned with the check. We had to walk up to the front desk to pay. As I was walking to the desk, I saw our waitress with her back to us and strolling through her cell phone. If you want authentic italian food and good customer service, DO NOT STOP at Basilico in Greenville SC!!! If I could have given them less than one star, I would have done so.

So very delicious! They have delicious gluten free options and the homemade blueberry cheesecake and red velvet cake are straight from heaven! Absolutely wonderful!
