I enjoyed my gluten free pizza with the cauliflower crust. I asked if the crust had cheese, as most do, and was told that this one does not. The toppings were fresh and had a tremendous amount of flavor. I took digest extra before eating, and didn’t have a reaction after eating. So, I’m unsure if there’s potential for cross contamination. Overall, this is one of my new favorite spots for gluten free pizza in Charlotte.

The delicious aroma of garlic knots meets a great atmosphere for a cozy dinner here at basilico italiano. The owner has a wonderful, glowing personality to match her glowing tiedye hoodie and the staff are all super friendly. They made a special point of accommodating for my date's celiac and the pasta sauces are some of the best I've ever had in my life. Would highly recommend the lobster ravioli!
