Waffles! OMG! They also have a huckleberry hotcake. The risk of cross contamination is low because all of the hotcakes and waffles ONLY come GF!

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience at Beautiful Day. We were one of only two occupied tables when we ordered, but our meals took almost 30 minutes to come out. When they were brought to our table, three meals were cold and only one was warm. We told informed the server that they were cold, but we had somewhere else to be, and since we had already waited a long time for our meals we couldn’t wait for everything to be prepared again. A lady, who I’m assuming is the owner informed us that the cook had prepared the gluten free meals first, then they sat while she prepared the other meal. Things went downhill when I found a long black hair in my burrito bowl. My daughter started getting ill after seeing it and had to leave the restaurant. We showed the server, and while he was very apologetic, the owner seemed unbothered. After admitting our food was cold because it sat, and finding a hair, we were still charged for everything but the meal with the hair. None of us were able to finish our meals after finding the hair, and my daughter’s was almost untouched. It was very disappointing to see how this business handled the situation. Still having to pay $100 for cold breakfasts with a hair is unacceptable.

Cute spot tucked away in the grocery parking lot, very easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Plenty of options for everyone, including vegan or gluten free. The non alcoholic drinks were okay, next time I'll get a coffee. My Coco chaga drink was a little watery. I ordered the honey chicken sandwich. Here's the thing: I love the flavor of the chicken with the pickles and house made hot sauce BUT . . . Whatever liquid was all over my plate SOAKED the bun so my sandwich became a soggy mess halfway through and the bottom bun disappeared before the rest of the sandwich. Next time I'll ask for the wet ingredients on the side. The atmosphere is very cute. I enjoyed the clean open space and the optional seating areas away from the dining area. The service was the best part of my whole experience. The server greeted us and was extremely patient as we took quite a while to be ready to order. He was also very kind and understanding with us having babies and strollers inside. Overall a good experience. I will return!
