BEWARE CELIACS!!
Manager Russ still does not believe in being proactive in the kitchen to help prevent major cross contamination. Items listed as gluten free on the menu are Not for celiac, only gluten intolerance.
Servers are also not educated to inform customers about those kitchen standards. Russ stated servers do not know what happens in the kitchen.
He complies only with basic health departments ruling which does not include gluten free for celiac disease. He has even told me he plans to change the menu that will not have anything listed gluten free.
I've worked in a restaurant both front and back of the house and know that his reluctance to revise a few things so that even CELIACS could enjoy this restaurant is ignorant and irresponsible.
I highly do not recommend this restaurant for anyone with celiac or anyone who may know someone with this disease in support of their well-being and taking a stand against deliberate irresponsibility
There are other places such as Salt n Pepper, Crust 54, and many more that take the time to take care of their customers.
