Unbleached, unenriched flour makes the pasta and pizza absolutely delicious and I didn't feel bloated or sick after! Gluten free pasta options were great and the meatballs are amazing!!!!

I wanted to stop and try this place for quite a while. Finally the opportunity came and we were disappointed. I was so sad... I didn’t come in SOONER! The staff was awesome. We weren’t sure the procedure as they were busy and had many people standing around. It was hard to tell who was waiting and who needed to order. For dinning in, just have a seat and they bring the menu. We tried the meat pizza, and the gluten free pasta with Alfredo sauce. My wife has the issue with gluten so my daughter and I ate the delicious pizza and felt bad for my wife. Then she gave us a taste. WOW it was the best gluten free pasta I think I ever had. Usually it’s disgusting, but this had decent texture and the taste was great. I took a menu and will be ordering many many more times. Oh and the manager was there- excellent service.
