I tried to call in an order for a gluten free pizza for a person w celiac. The representative (Amy) told me that they only had two gluten free crusts and could not sell them to us as a call in order, and not even if we walked in because she had to save them for “emergency orders”. We asked what an emergency order was and she said it was an online order… so we can order gluten free online but not walk in or call in an order for one? She was pretty unhelpful about it besides blaming her boss, which is unprofessional even if it is true, and doesn’t improve the abysmal customer service standard set by their boss. Really disappointed.

I ordered Gluten Free jalepeno cheeseticks through Uber Eats and they sent me their normal jalepeno cheeseticks. I have a gluten allergy so I was unable to eat the normal jalepeno cheeseticks. I called the location and they said because uber Eats is a 3rd party, there is not anything they can do about it. But if I wanted to order through their website, they can deliver. They said I would have to pay again and it would take over an hour and half. This was the WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever received. I spoke to a woman, around 12:00pm 4/5/2021. I regret not asking for the manager. I will NEVER be eating at Bellagio's again, and ensure this review is sent on other review platforms as well. SO DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED.
