Great gluten free buns for sandwiches and burgers

I'm gluten free and night-shade free (no peppers or tomatoes). For a snack I chose the small nachos with chicken and got 2 sour creams. One of the best flat nachos I've had (Try the upper deck with pulled pork in Halifax, NS if you haven't) with very salty chips, onions and 3 cheese blend. Hit the spot.
