Best Italian Cafe & Pizzeria in Elks Plaza

The restaurant offers excellent food and ambiance. I highly recommend securing a patio table near the stream. As a celiac, I safely enjoyed both their cauliflower and gluten-free crust pizzas. The bar also features a fine selection of reasonably priced whiskeys. We dined there twice in three days and plan to return.

Just visiting Gatlinburg for a mini getaway with my hubby. Came in here because of the good reviews...but...we came to the midtown location which I think there are 2 locations. (The far end of town location is supposedly better.) But I need gluten free and dairy free options, which they had gluten free crust but no dairy free cheese options. Anyway, the girl taking our order said it would be cheaper to build my gluten free pizza instead of getting one of the options listed and just doing a gluten free crust whjch was $17.. For a very lack luster flavored 11 inch pizza where the crust was like thin cardboard and no flavor...barely any tomato sauce and each ingredient I added was $2 each so my "build your own" pizza came out to be a crazy $25:( And barely any Italian seasonings or anything. So disappointing!!! My husband had a regular meatlovers which he said was "decent". So...if you are looking for the best pizza in Gatlinburg, sadly my review is.."Keep Looking". Mellow Mushroom definitely is a lot better taste and quality in our opinion. Just our point of view.
