An experience to forget Breakfast room staff rude and not at all attentive to customers' needs, as I am lactose intolerant I found myself eating the biscuits that were in the gluten and lactose free section, but they contained lactose, an inedible cake due to the excessive amount of sugar. I was sick and no one from the facility, once they were made aware of what had happened, took care to find a solution, indeed they arrogantly presented the same foods again including the cake which in my opinion had been there for over a week. Of course I had to go to the supermarket to buy what I could eat. We paid 10 euros per person for the entrance to the Spa. The result was: no towels at the entrance, kids shouting all afternoon feeling like they were on the beach, beer bottles left on the floor, anything but relaxation. When asked for an interview with the director or manager, no matter how professional and attentive they are, they did not show up; probably if I had been a minister the situation would have been different. Disgusting and arrogant girl at the reception. Of 4 it only has stars, as a rating I would say 2 because I want to be broad-sleeved. Not recommended

The hotel is very welcoming and clean. The rooms are quiet, clean, with all the comforts. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is not very functional and the air conditioning is a bit noisy and difficult to manage. Unfortunately our French window also opened from the outside so we were forced to lower the shutters when we went out or rested. The dining room staff was kind and knowledgeable. There were many gluten-free and lactose-free options at the restaurant. Convenient location to everything. Maybe not exactly a 4-star hotel due to some shortcomings, but definitely recommended.
