I was looking for a place that served gluten-free dishes in Trento and I was immediately attracted by the unconventional name "Uva & Menta". My husband and I, even without a reservation, were seated and served almost immediately. Splendid and smiling welcome from all the staff. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does. Our pizzas arrived almost immediately and.... SUPREME DELIGHT. Excellent quality ingredients and undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza my husband has ever eaten (a very stuffed calzone). Even my crock, with regular flour, was an explosion of flavor. Wide choice of craft beers, including gluten-free ones. The place has a young and colorful soul all its own, cheerful, with music as the background of the evening. We felt really pampered. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely return even if we are from Bolzano. It's worth the trip to sample other specialties. Congratulations indeed.

Fantastic place in perfect South Tyrol style, excellent dinner with numerous gluten-free options. I had the shank with sauerkraut and potatoes, it melted in your mouth. Our friends the risotto, really good. And finally, gluten-free coffee and semifreddo and souvenir grappa, so called because you can take the glass home 🙂

My girlfriend: The gluten free pizza was very good. The waiter also brought gluten-free breadsticks to the table...unique so far. Me: the pizza was very well topped and the dough was crispy. Drinks as usual.

I was expecting a richer menu, especially for celiacs because it had several positive reviews precisely on this aspect, but instead the usual rice with sauce... you also can't ask for simple off-menu items... like two fried eggs... the place inside it is still very pleasant and we non-celiacs ate reasonably well

Ideal pastry shop for celiacs because the production is completely gluten-free. Some are works of art and you can see it clearly from the images. On their website all the ingredients of the desserts are described in detail. I recommend booking in advance.

Compliments! I went to this pizza restaurant for my friend's birthday and we received divine treatment. The waiters were very thoughtful, first of all they decorated the table with rose petals and two roses in vases. The waiter himself asked us if we wanted a photo together and he made a lot of effort, he even put the rose in the foreground to create a more personal effect. The service is fast and, even though we were more than 10 people and had ordered both pizzas and first courses, they brought the courses all together and this denotes excellent organization in the kitchen. The environment is well looked after and elegant, everything is very clean and the colors convey tranquility and joy. I ordered a gluten-free pizza, the birthday girl specified this feature in advance so I recommend booking and notifying people with celiac disease, but they always have dishes available. The pizza is not among the best I've eaten, but it was still good so I recommend it. Definitely get the baked potatoes, they are delicious

Very good vegan sandwich and generous portions. Tasty, possibility of cereal bread, wholemeal or gluten-free. Fast service, friendly and helpful staff. Practically in the centre. Possibility to eat inside or outside on the tables

I would like to point out that I ate outside. Terrible service i.e. forgotten orders and oxidized cutlery. Pizza at exaggerated prices for a gluten-free pizza 15 euros + 2.5 for pasta clearly of frozen origin.

Let's start from the fact that I have celiac disease and this place shouldn't be very suitable for me, but leaving this aside they behaved very well. They informed me about the possible contaminations that could have occurred given that the kitchen is single but that they would however have used care and attention to respect my problem. No sooner said than done!! They fully respected everything they told me on the phone, I was treated really well, from the entrance, to the waiters and pampered by the dishes they had. I have never eaten as well as in this place, I think I will return to Trento soon to be able to taste their products, excellent in every way and truly compliments. My story ends that I didn't feel bad, I think I didn't have any contamination, this is evidence of how perfect they were. Thank you

Very pleasant evening of champions. I went with my friends to watch Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid for a match and dinner together. Their burgers are delicious and full of ingredients, you won't be hungry after dinner with them. The burgers are always accompanied by a huge portion of fries. I took the hamburger (Ciccio officina) with gluten-free bread and it was excellent. Good prices, around €20 per person if you get a drink or a spriz and two burgers. Very kind waiters, very friendly and helpful. It's always nice to find waiters who make you feel happy for having chosen that place. Great service. Reservation recommended. By tradition, founded by the late Cavaliere and continued scrupulously by his family and students, a pizza with great attention to the dough, even for celiacs and with storo polenta flour. Hotel a few km outside Trento, but well served by public transport. Spacious and clean rooms. The only flaw is that it's a little cold when heating emits cold air and is too noisy. Abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, including vegetarian and gluten-free products, the only drawback for hot drinks is that the staff doesn't always take the order after a short time and unfortunately the drink, except for the tea, arrives rather lukewarm.

Excellent quality, very attentive as well as kind and prepared staff. EQUIPPED FOR GLUTEN FREE, I specified as soon as I arrived that I have celiac disease and they recommended good, safe dishes that would allow me to eat peacefully. The only discordant note was the fried food, which I couldn't eat because it was made with normal batter, a great shame because it will certainly be very good, but I had dinner there twice and if I return to Trento I won't fail to stop by for a third time. I was happy and I congratulate them! Well done!

As far as I'm concerned, the best pizza I've eaten here in Trento. The place is very nice, suitable for both a dinner with friends and a romantic dinner! I also recommend their desserts (the tiramisu I ate was special), and some are even gluten free!

They have two types of dough, one soft and well-leavened, the other digestible and light, it's great for those who are gluten intolerant, I don't think celiac disease.
