I have been a longtime customer of Big Feast since it opened. I did slow down over the years just due to costs. I have gone back a few times in the last year and have not at all been very impressed (it's not like it used to be). 1.Today I went for brunch, we decided to sit outside but noticed after a bit that it was a bit chilly, so we got our menus and went back in to request to sit inside. Our server told us their heaters were not working this morning then went to get someone else with an unwelcoming facial expression who made a point of saying it is our policy we do not change tables and reluctantly sat us inside. Note it was not at all busy. I am not sure why she made a point of telling us about the policy, it did nothing but make us feel bad like we did something wrong. Instead, she could have said sure no problem and sat us inside without mentioning the policy OR let us know the rules ahead time. 2. The food was overpriced for what you get. I ordered the Thai curry. It lacked flavor and tasted of salt and vinegar. I had the same thing a couple of weeks ago at the cactus club and t was so delicious and cost the same. I had a sweet tooth and went to the showcase and ordered the pecan pie. It was not good at all hard as a rock and no flavor at all. I got my bill, and the pie was shockingly 10$ for a slice. Absurd. I can make whole gluten free homemade pie myself that tastes like something. 7$ may have been a better price. I said to the server the pie was 10$ and she says yep smugly and said it is homemade and the whole pie costs 75$. Ok thanks. If you need a good pie go to Hansel and Gretal bakery. No More Big Feast

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! As someone who needs gluten-free options, I was thrilled to see so many choices on the menu. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The only hiccup was the choppy radio, but when we asked if they could turn it off, they were incredibly kind and took care of it right away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly spot with excellent service!

Been to Big Feast many times and greatly enjoy the coffee and brunch. The last few times we have tried to order online for takeout it doesn’t seem to be turned on so we have to call and wait. I enjoy the eggs Benny and you have to try some of the gluten free cookies.
