I would NEVER go to a gluten free place, but I was hungry and I saw bacon quiches so I went in. I figured they couldn't wreck that... I ended up with a fantastic baguette sandwich. Quite possibly the best sandwich I could have had at that time. A woman saw me eating it and grabbed one for herself. We celebrated together over how good the sandwich was.
