What a great breakfast! I had the Wishkah skillet. Loaded with onions, red peppers, ham, sausage, bacon, potatoes topped with scrambled eggs ,country gravy and cheese. The cook knows how to scramble eggs, nothing rubbery here! Excellent flavor, good quantity. I ordered a gluten free bun which was excellent (hated to pass up the biscuits it came with), not at all gummy. It wasn't a gluten free dish but they do have omelets. Just want you to know the gf bread is available.
My husband had the chicken fried steak. Looked delish. He said it was excellent. It looked like it was breaded in house but I didn't ask. It came with hash browns, toast, and country gravy. Can't remember what else, if anything but it also was a good portion of food and excellent flavor. Great atmosphere and the waitress was fun too! With coffee and both breakfasts it was $40 and some change for two of us but they used quality ingredients, excellent service from front to back (waitress to kitchen crew). Stop in it's totally worth it!
