Bird Bird Biscuit fills a hole in my heart with their gluten-free Biscuitarian. The first one I had actually made me cry happy tears. It had been years since I'd had a proper southern biscuit and it is *perfect*. Perfect texture, perfect melt-in-your mouth buttery magic. The egg is perfect, the veggie sausage perfect. If you are unhappily gluten-free like me, give yourself this joy. Remember to order at least an hour ahead!

My go to spot in Austin. I'm from the South and this is by far the best restaurant biscuit I've ever had. Chicken is always nice and crispy and their gluten free biscuit is my wife's favorite. Tried the fries today for the first time and surprised how good they were as well. We were just passing through Austin today to get home but a stop at Bird Bird was a must.
