The wait tends to be long. A little pricey. Better than Starbucks coffee but not better than independent coffee shops. Gluten free options. The food wasn't too sweet. Free street and on site parking. The atmosphere is busy and not very relaxing. Outdoor seating. Dog friendly.

I enjoyed my chai latte very much. They have a variety of milks including almond, oat and coconut! They have a few gluten free snack options. Their pastries look yummy! The atmosphere is open, airy and comfortable (we sat in the comfy wing chairs in the corner). There is plenty of pleine aire seating as well.
