Great place! We loved the coffee, chai, and breakfast sandwiches. The gluten free banana bread is also surprisingly delicious. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere too.

The wait tends to be long. A little pricey. Better than Starbucks coffee but not better than independent coffee shops. Gluten free options. The food wasn't too sweet. Free street and on site parking. The atmosphere is busy and not very relaxing. Outdoor seating. Dog friendly.
