I’ve been debating if I wanted to say anything for quite a while, but frankly, they’re not the same quality Black Forest they used to be. We used to go there several times a week. They used to have a lot of good gluten-free options and their gluten-free cheesecakes used to be amazing. We noticed the quality had slipped and even stuck around for a while to see if it would improve, it only got worse. We used to acquire cakes and such for family events, so we were loyal reoccurring customers, but now those days are gone.

Wow! I was blown away! I stopped for a cup of tea and left with the best roasted veggies I’ve ever had (there was a Dijon mustard taste to them and maybe maple…they were phenomenal!), chicken that was a bit dry but well-seasoned, and TONS of baked goods. Not all of them were as good or fresh as the others (the meringues were super hard and flaky like they were a bit old) but what the server described as “a grown up version of a Twix) was soooooo good, and the gluten free cookies were much goooer and fresher than the thumbprint ons. I also loved the lemon soaked cake (not sure the name). I got like six things and had a bite of each because I had to know)! Def way bigger inside than you’d think and so many creative and tasty foods and treats to boot!
