Great cauliflower pizza crust for Celiacs.

As someone with gluten intolerance, I was very impressed with the cauliflower crust! I usually don’t like cauliflower crust, but this one was fluffy and tasty. Worth the $7. My wife got the vegan cheese which was disappointing, but other than that the experience was great. Our server was kind and appropriately conversational. Atmosphere is nice with string lights and cheugy posters.
