California omlet is great, perfectly done. The gluten free toast was also great. I loved the coffee, I didn’t need cream and sugar. Service was excellent too. Very comfortable place to eat, nice theme for a place like Utah, for sure.

UPDATE:
Stopped for a quick lunch with my nephews and had Fried Shrimp and Chips with Coleslaw and a Sweet Tea. My wife had a Scramble with gluten-free toast. Everything was tasty.
INITIAL:
Went with a group from work to have "breakfast for lunch".
Seated quickly and read the newspaper menu.
I had a Huckleberry Lemonade - very refreshing - with the Chicken Fried Steak Benedict and Hash Browns, delicious.
Clarissa, our waitress, was very personable and professional.
Recommend Black Bear Diner, especially for breakfast.
