A huge shout out to the Balck Walnut for managing Mother’s Day brunch with efficiency and attentiveness. They were well staffed, quick, and added special touches for the longer than usual line including carnations for the mothers and line-side mimosas. Just overall a great experience. I also appreciate the gluten friendly options and the dog friendly patio. 👍👍

My husband and I had a spontaneous date night with our 7 month old baby. We got our food and I realized that I had ordered wrong. I have a gluten sensitivity and didn’t ask to sub for the GF bun on my burger. I just mentioned it to my husband as the gentleman was walking away but he overheard and offered to swap it out for me! Then later on we decided on ordering a treat. We were using a gift card that wasn’t working properly but the staff were so kind and eager to sort it out for us as quickly as they could. We were able to enjoy our meal and leave in time for our babies bedtime! What a good night. Thank you Black Walnut for your care tonight.
