DOWNTOWN DENVER COLFAX LOCATION made a great gluten free cauliflower crust pizza once again at a very good price!! Thank you!! There's no gluten free option when ordering online, so I put it in the notes section and then call to make sure it'll be gluten free (for those who might need that tip) 😉

When I went gluten free, I was devastated that I basically had to give up pizza entirely, because few chains offer gf crust and when they do, it's total cardboard. After giving these guys a shot, I can tell you with utmost confidence and joy that this is the best gf crust I have tasted, hands down. Read it and weep, Dominos! Food quality, speed, and service were also spectacular <3 (No idea if they use the same oven for regular and cauliflower crust, celiac folks might want to check!)
