The best gluten free cupcakes I have ever had. I am not gluten free by choice and it is incredibly hard to find anything that tastes like the real deal. The sweetest man ever gave my daughter and I a couple samples of their Raspberry Lemon and Lemon cupcakes. No way you would think they were GF. Thank you for your generosity. Can't wait to see you for my B-day order.

Sweet Ella's is fantastic! I've never had a better cupcake in my life, gluten free or otherwise. The scones and coffee are also delicious! My favorite is the cherry almond oat scone. Give them a try!

The gluten free pizza is amazing!!! It reminds me of Chicago pizza (real Chicago pizza with the thin crust, not the pretend Chicago pizza with crazy thick crust)

This is a fun restaurant with a cool "jailhouse" theme that serves up delicious food and beers, and even has a bakery. The menu was well described with symbols easily indicating vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.

Very nice shop, stopped in on a short trip. The breakfast burrito and coffee cake muffin was great, coffee very good. Wife said the gluten free pumpkin bar was delicious. Will go again if I find myself in Pueblo around breakfast time!

Amazing food. The owners are from Italy so you know it's authentic. Came here for a work Christmas party. As someone with Celiac disease, I found there were many gluten free options.

I ordered fresh eggs and don't think I got them. They use powdered/carton eggs for their scrambled and maybe omelets even? That was a big turn off for me. The home fries were slightly undercooked. The chicken fried steak was yummy, their green chile was decent and I'm sure all the gluten is just as good as anyone would hope - French toast, biscuits etc. Smaller portions, so likely no leftovers. For vegetarian options, you basically have the huevos rancheros, burrito bowl, crepes and basic breakfasts/omelets without meat. They could definitely use some more vegan and vegetarian options. We sat outside and enjoyed it labor day weekend. We were told there is usually a 10 - 30 minute wait on weekends and that was confirmed by our experience. The service was exceptional (kindness goes a long way people!). They do not serve alcohol so heads up on that, brunch goers! I don't think I'll recommend this place to others, but I do want to rate it fairly. I'm just a stickler for quality, fresh, local ingredients and that can be hard to find, sadly.
