IHOP

Overall was a very bad experience. On Sunday July 6th, my family and I decided we were going to ihop. The atmosphere wasn't really friendly, and it was way too hot in the restaurant. They had to use a fan eith a bowl of ice at the server station to keep the employees cool, but it did nothing for the rest of the store. Hostess wasn't knowledgeable about if there was a gluten free menu to look at and pawned off the responsibility to our server. Our server at least was knowledgeable about gluten free and warned that the gluten friendly pancakes are cooked on the same grill as the regular pancakes. Even tho the restaurant wasn't super busy, it took over an hour to get our food. In that hour, we saw very little of our server and he offered no refills to our drinks, even tho it was incredibly hot in the restaurant. Finally had to personally ask our server if they could get us refills. Was a very disappointing experience and do not recommend ihop

The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food was perfect, but gluten-free in what I ordered, but my coffee cup was not clean, it had lipstick on it and I didn't use it because I'm allergic. That means it was not washed properly.
