This place has so many different gluten free pastry options. We had the blueberry muffin, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had gluten free or not. I got a medium caramel macchiato with an extra shot, and it was the perfect combination. Not too sweet and not too bitter. The ham egg and cheese kolache was good, but it could have used more ham. The bread was very tasty though. The poor girl there on a Saturday morning was all by herself, so it took a while to get our order. She was amazing and so nice though. They are also expanding, and that should be done soon.
