Came across this amazing place on a trip to Colorado! It was so nice as a celiac to know I was able to eat everything in the store! I’ve never had a waffle cone with ice cream! It was delicious! If you find yourself in Pueblo, Colorado you have to make the stop!

We go out to “wander” on Wednesdays! And what a gem we found at Craft Cones. The extra unexpected bonus for ME? Gluten Free!! Even the waffle cone, which was crisp with a hint of cinnamon! All ice cream flavors have the touch of homemade in subtle flavors and texture. It was a fantastic find! - Cruzers

Found this place on google maps and had to check it out! The flavors were amazing and ranged from matcha with honey, butter pecan, banana bread, with some samples of Pueblo chili palisade peach and even cornbread ice cream (plus way more) the flavors were amazing and we just had to go back for a pint of the matcha honey ice cream. They serve very large scoops for an amazing price and the waffle cones are delicious! Everything is gluten free and they offer dairy free, vegan, and sugar free options as well and you can tell they really love what they do! I highly recommend this place above any other Ice cream shop! :))
