Wow. This place was absolutely incredible. We walked by and thought the building was beautiful, so we made reservations for the following dang and we are so glad we did.
Traveling with Celiac disease can be stressful, but the staff at Blanco Colima was knowledgable, and helped address my concerns, and made recommendations to help me feel confident.
I has the house salad, the green and white risotto (made with Cilantro pesto), and the roasted beets. All excellent, and all gluten free.
My partner had the sea bass, which was also gluten free and perfectly prepared.
I can't say enough about how great the food was. And honestly, the cocktails were great too. I had a classic margarita, and then a mezcal margarita - both terrific, but the mezcal marg might be my favorite drink of the trip (possibly ever).
Anyway, go here. It's great. You'll love it.
