La Otilia is the perfect place to eat if you have dietary restrictions or a specific diet. They have gluten-free, keto, vegan, paleo, and other options.
This time, we ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Although they recommend sharing it, I feel like the portion is personal.
For dessert, we ordered a lemon pie and a gansito (my favorite!), along with smoothies (red berries, coconut yogurt, and ginger).
The place is pet-friendly 🐶💙 and they have dog treats.
The staff is very friendly 🙌🏼
I ordered the passion fruit and pear cake, and what a disappointment! First of all, it's not cheap. I ordered it for my mom's birthday. She has celiac disease. It's sad to see that I wasted my money, my time, and the opportunity for my mom to celebrate her birthday with something delicious. The filling is extremely sour and chewy, and the crust is more like cardboard than cake! Terrible!
Delicious gluten-free pizzas. The place is small to eat there. There are two to three tables. But the pizzas are delicious, and can be ordered to go. I recommend the Campo Pizza and the wild mushroom pizza. Super rich!
I love their ice cream. The experience is great from the moment you arrive at the counter. The staff is very friendly and willing to let you try any flavor you want. The price is higher than regular ice cream, but considering the high quality of their ingredients and the fact that they're gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, and all that, I think it's totally worth it.
I'm in love with these ice creams!

Great! Build your own pizza, they have many options and the combinations are delicious.
They have a gluten-free base, and although it costs a little more, it's really delicious.
One of my favorite places to go.
Everything was very delicious! Very good option for vegans and non-vegans. I came with a non-vegan person and he didn't notice the difference! You can also choose gluten free bread, and my sister can't eat gluten so it was perfect.
My favorites were the Poyo bites and the milkshake :))
Excellent Sunday plan!
Awesome atmosphere and very good food. I have celiac disease and heard this was a good option for gluten free—our waiter kind of seemed to get it but then brought out my dessert (mango sorbet) on a bed of cookie crumbles, after confirming with me that this would be the one safe dessert option…so can’t say that they really get it as well as other restaurants in the area. Try at your own risk.
The cactus tartar was really interesting. Kind of on the sour side but refreshing. I think Antolina offers good dishes, drinks, service, and cozy atmosphere. Also, they do take note of people who need gluten free options.
Wow what a place. Food was delicious, staff very attentive (and speak very good English). A huge bonus is that the owner is coeliac/celiac and gluten free items are labelled on the menu, of which most are! Great to feel safe eating authentic food.
Situated in a lively market, this is not one to miss.
Best vegan tacos of my life- they were able to adapt them to make them gluten free. Their homemade vegan cheese was unbelievably yummy & their sugar free all natural sodas left me wanting more
Obsessed with this place for breakfast or brunch. We did get this included for free by using the AmEx card to book our stay at the Sofitel. The food is so delicious and beautiful, buffet and menu ordering. The service is perfection - kind, attentive, helpful, everyone speaks so many languages. On our last day, the wonderful *Sara* at the crepe/quesadilla station packed us up amazing to go boxes for our flight. Francisco, Enrique, Dany, and a fabulous woman waitress who I didn't get her name just were the best. I just love this place so much! The chocolate crepes, the yogurt and toppings, OMG the insane pastries, OMG the chilaquiles with green sauce, the juices and the ginger peach tea... I could go on and on. They have great gluten free options too. Chairs are comfortable. Sometimes a little noisy, and I wish the music wasn't all American! Definitely recommend going for sure though.
PF Chang's is one of my favourite westernised Chinese restaurants, but not this branch after tonight's meal. My partner is a coeliac and has to eat gluten-free, which they advertise that they can cater to. Unfortunately they offer is extremely limited, which wouldn't be a problem if they could focus on making a quality meal that it's edible. The lettuce wrap is the only starter that is gluten-free, and that's fine as it's a tasty dish and easy to share. The starter came before our drinks arrived. My partner fried chicken was so dry that you just couldn't eat ot and didn't have any of the vegetables that it was advertised on the menu. My sesame Chicken was drowned in so much sauce that it wasn't enjoyable, and I couldn't eat much of it. So when the bill came and our waiter saw that most of the food was left on the plate. We tried to explain to him why, but he smiled and said I don't understand English. So save yourself some money and disappointment to ignore this particular branch.
The first time we ate at Rosetta last week the food was delicious and the service wonderful with our waiter Ivan. On Wednesday we went again and I ordered what an inattentive waiter said was gluten free gnocchi. The waiter neglected to tell me that if you want it gluten free what you get is a tiny portion of gluey gnocchi with no flavor and no anchovies because they fry the anchovies with flour. I would not have ordered this insipid dish if I had known. The waiter never returned to our table and when I said something to the woman who came to collect the credit card she said, next time tell us. Who would I have told? Our waiter was busy giving other diners long and informative explanations of the food and pouring them tastes of 5 wines for them to choose which to buy. The woman who took the card didn't offer to comp my meal or even the dessert, which was the only thing that saved this experience. The dish that I received shouldn't come out of any restaurant kitchen much less that of what is considered to be one of the best restaurants in the world.
Went for my birthday dinner and could not be more disappointed as it was the worst dinner I had during my stay in CDMX.
The vibe was confusing and the service Was slow. While they tried accommodating my gluten free needs, they did so in a way that completely modified the dish without consulting with me while still charging me full price, which was extremely expensive for what I got. I could not even finish my meal, as it was so bad.
I have had substantially better meals in the area and can't recommend this place.
Very nice and very good food 🥰 gluten free options for desserts which was very appreciated!
Don’t be surprised, the steak is served in two batches to stay hot 😎
Whole thing is vegan and lots of gluten free options. Good food, friendly staff, and lots of room to sit and eat and hang out. Pet friendly. Healthy and yummy.
Of all the sushi bar restaurants Moshi Moshi will always be my best choice!
The food in general is good, the service is efficient, they have a great variety of dishes, the “totori” rolls will always be my favorites, although I must say that the tiradito moshi moshi is a delight, the aguachile is perfect in quality and flavor and for Of course the combo bowl accompanied by some rock shrimp are really delicious.
The only thing there that doesn't convince me are the chairs that are too rigid and uncomfortable and the super narrow table.
The funny thing is that I have been eating in these restaurants for years and I never felt like ordering dessert until I finally managed to try the gluten-free March chocolate bread with a soft, spongy texture, low in sugar, I was seriously delighted, and which of course I accompanied with a delicious tea of natural herbs brought from Japan and marketed in Mexico, that definitely makes it more special, nothing like a good cup of tea to calm the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Bon appetit… and remember to enjoy your food in good company!
Sayonara.!!!
This place is delicious, although it doesn't have the best burgers, it does have a bar with different proposals for you to complement your burgers.
It has proposals for people who do not eat gluten and for vegetarians.
Excellent restaurant to eat some delicious legs and for those of us who are celiacs there is delicious pasta and dessert!!!! It is something that not all restaurants have, affordable prices and a very familiar atmosphere, be sure to go eat there!!!!
Wonderful experience, like in this place and everything is delicious, especially the duck, it is very worth it, and they also have exquisite gluten-free bread. Very good service. Ideal place to celebrate special occasions
The service was good, the guy who helped me was super friendly. It is appreciated that they have, even if they are few, gluten free options. Good selection of books. I'll definitely be back ☺️

Excellent!!!! I went with children and they gave them special treatment, they made them feel at home and they were very patient, I am allergic to gluten and they looked for an option so I could eat! Attention, service and luxury quality!
