Jorge was a great server, he helped me greatly when I let him know that I have Celiac. The GF pizza dough is tremendously good. I rarely use that word. It was fluffy and crispy; maybe it had something to do with the wood fired pizza oven? Couldn’t recommend the GF pizza more.
