If you need gluten free at Bush airport, this pizza was really good. Service was great though I don't know if they use dedicated utensils. Very delicious.

They take gluten-free precautions such as a mat for the gluten-free crusts and separate cutter and tongs god send when traveling for someone with celiac Not as fast as a fast food place but the pizza is delicious and peice of mind worth it prices are very reasonable too

Missing more than half the toppings a normal blaze location has and I have concerns for dietary restrictions. This location shouldn’t offer gluten free crust if they’re going to handle dietary restrictions poorly compared to non-airport blaze locations. Drinks in the case up front were warm too. The only positive was that my order came out within 5 minutes.
