Blaze has great gluten free pizza!!! I love the options and have been going here since day one that they opened. The service is sometimes off but it’s what happens unfortunately when the staff turnover is very quick.

I ordered gluten free pizza to go, and it was very undercooked. The gluten free pizzas are also baked with all the others, which defeats the purpose for those with allergies. The restaurant was also very dirty. One restroom was out of order, and the other was absolutely filthy. I would not order from here again due to cleanliness issues and poor food quality.

I’m in town working at the local hospital. I have celiac and eating out is a hassle. Blaze Pizza Turkey Creek was able to make a delicious cauliflower crust pizza for me, 5 star on flavor but especially for keeping me safe from gluten. I’ll definitely be back!
