I love this restaurant, both locations. As a vegan, I have options and delicious ones. Having family members who suffer from Celiacs and it is nice to have a good restaurant, I can bring them too.

Great food. Our daughter has celiac so she can’t have gluten. She got a bacon cheeseburger with fries. They baked the fries in the oven since they use a shared fryer. No reactions so definitely take celiac seriously. Our server Justin was amazing as well.

This place never fails! Blaze Pizza is the bomb! Love that we get to customize our pizza from start to finish:). I’m gluten free and the gluten free crust is my favorite of all I’ve tried! The ingredients are always fresh and the employees are always working hard and being nice:).

This is an absolute must try if you're in Hixson. My wife is gluten-free and they have the best bread. Have not had anything that was not good. Best cheese steak in Hixson by far.

My husband and I ate breakfast at the Downtown location of the Frothy Monkey on a busy morning last weekend. The food was great, and I was especially happy they have plenty of gluten free options (that’s why we went there in the first place). However, the reason I’m writing this review is to compliment and acknowledge the great job that Rachel, the manager, and her team did handling the continuos stream of diners. We were sat close to the host stand, at the right place to observe Rachel’s interactions with both customers and staff. She was friendly, respectful, and efficient. At any down moment, she was up prepping tables or checking in with the counter/coffee bar staff . What impressed us the most was her manner with employees: direct and specific, with a kind tone. The crew working our section with her seemed pleasant, friendly, and well trained. That was certainly the case with Abigail, our server. Throughout our meal, my husband and I commented to each other about how nice it was to see the flow of activities around us functioning well, with customers and staff alike seeming chill and nonplussed. I’m sure there are days when this is not the case, but on Saturday morning, Oct 8, 2022, all was running impressionably smoothly at the Downtown location of Frothy Monkey. This made our experience great!

Excellent little coffee shop! Situated in the Arts district of Chattanooga, this coffee shop has a great selection of coffee, tea, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and fresh breads. There is limited inside seating but there is a large patio area for when the weather is nice. We will definitely be going back! There were also several gluten-safe options on tbe menu as well.

Absolutely beautiful setting with the old train station. Delicious food and wonderful gluten free options. The waitress had accidentally forgotten to ring in our order so we had to ask after quite a while if our food was coming. But she owned up to the mistake and offered a discount for the very long wait, which we appreciated. In the end I would say we enjoyed it and will be back again. The waitress was very kind and the food was incredible.
