Lively spot in Nashville that combines great food with a fun, energetic vibe, True Food Kitchen is where you need to be! The atmosphere here is the perfect blend of casual and trendy—think bright, open spaces, vibrant décor, and a menu that makes healthy eating feel exciting and indulgent at the same time. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy. The place is bustling with life but still manages to have a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can catch up with friends over delicious, health-conscious food or enjoy a solo meal with some killer people-watching. As for the food? It’s incredible. I love that True Food Kitchen offers a ton of fresh, flavorful options for all kinds of diets—whether you're gluten-free, vegan, or just looking for something that’s packed with nutrients and flavor. The Spaghetti Squash Casserole is a must-try, and their Edamame Guacamole with crispy chips is the perfect snack to start things off. Even better, the staff is super friendly and enthusiastic about the food, offering great recommendations and making sure you feel taken care of. It's clear that everyone here is passionate about healthy, flavorful food that doesn’t sacrifice taste for nutrition. Whether you're there for a brunch date, a casual lunch with friends, or a solo dinner after a day of exploring Nashville, True Food Kitchen delivers. Delicious food, fun atmosphere, and the kind of vibe that makes you want to linger.

used to really enjoy this place as someone gluten intolerant. last couple times it’s seemed a little downhill. today i got takeoutC i recieved the wrong latte, 3 small, soggy, ice cold chicken tenders ($15 and supposedly a 900 calorie meal, also recieved the order within 30 min of placing it so it’s not the driver’s fault lmao), a couple of bites of mashed potatoes ($6.90), and the wrong drink. complained and got $7 back on a $55 order 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 if this is the value i don’t think it’s worth going here anymore

We ate here twice while visiting Nashville. I have gluten intolerance and not Celiac, but had no reactions to the food. My non gluten free family loved their food as well as myself! Their menu is well marked and has several options that are gluten and dairy free including a vegan vanilla ice cream over a chocolate chip cookie which was heaven. If we had one these restaurants close to home I would eat there every week! This place really was delicious. Great service and atmosphere as well.
