Pleasant experience at Blaze. Everyone treated me with respect and took careful consideration with what I asked for on my pizza. The staff was knowledgeable about ingredients and common allergies. Great for people with gluten or dairy allergies. By the time I got to my seat, my pizza was hot and ready. Definitely has the speed of fast food but it actually good quality, "fast fired" as they call it. Will definitely be coming back. Recommend for anyone looking for something new to try. The manager came by while I was eating to make sure everything was up to standard. Though I didn't come during a busy time, don't be fooled by the negative reviews! These guys are awesome.
