My observation during last two times that I’ve been here is that management doesn’t care about cleanness of this place, tables are sticky, leftovers of food are everywhere, toilet is awful! First time I really liked the gluten free crust and vegan cheese unfortunately 2nd time my order was mistakenly made with normal crust that gave me stomachache. I won’t go to this branch again.

The owner/CEO doesn’t care about their customers and probably their employees as well (there was an option in their survey for someone to respond to my review on their website, but nobody replied). Other than that, it’s great! Delicious food, friendly staff, lots of options including gluten free, quick, pretty good price! I wish &/or hope they’d have a location in the Niagara region of Ontario!
