Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters - International Plaza Mall Cafe - Coffee Shop

The Blind Tiger is a staple here in Tampa and as someone who does not frequent any malls locally or otherwise, it was a freakin’ delight to step foot into International Plaza and see this smaller variant in place of what used to be a Starbucks. The baristas are super friendly and the coffee / treats we got were equally on par! I went with a Dirty “Thaiger” cookie and my wife got the Almond Pistachio, which is their gluten free cookie option. Both tasted amazing as they are slightly chilled for maximum freshness! My wife ordered a match latte with no sweetener and I ordered a Ice Caramel Latte with almond milk and half a pump of flavoring; my wife and I are both on a health journey and look to maximize food that fuels us rather than bogging us down. Blind Tiger, we love you and thanks for being in this maze of a mall. 🐅🐅
