My partner and I adore Bloom Cookies!! We have dietary allergies and restrictions that make finding delicious and safe cookies and baked goods a real challenge but Bloom has provided AMAZING options! It is so appreciated to be able to go to a local business and not have to worry about an allergic reaction or settling for the one option a shop might have. Everything Bloom makes is delicious - I don't know how we could choose a favorite but the ginger snaps are definitely up there! The staff are well-versed in any possible allergies/cross-contamination and did a great job explaining their gluten-free options when we took a family member with gluten sensitivities. Please take the time to check out this absolute gem of a shop - the staff are lovely and we honestly can't say enough about how great the cookies are! Perfect balance of sweet and salty, chewy and crunchy. Just the best :)
