My first birthday after celiac diagnosis & my friend brought me Blue Crab gluten free cupcakes! I’m a huge fan of their regular cupcakes, but I didn’t realize they had gluten-free ones as well. I’ve had other gluten-free cupcakes the last few months and they tend to be dried out. These were a wonderful surprise. They were not dry and tasted amazing! Highly recommend!
