Absolutely awesome. Needed to get a gluten free cake for my 5 year old daughter who suffers from celiac disease. She wanted Masha and the Bear. Two days before pickup the house ended up with the flu. The bakery said no problem. Let us know sken your ready. 2 weeks later we were ready. The cake looked great. It tasted even better. We will definitely use Blue Ridge Bakery again. Thank you too all who helped.
