Bluefin Hibachi & Sushi

I eat here with family and friends all the time and everything from sushi to hibachi to appetizers that we've tried is delicious! The sweetest folks take care of us. I did a catering order this week for a group of 25 and it was perfect! So much yummy food, good variety, and just the best communication experience. Plus they took great care of my gluten-free folks with a dedicated dish! 100% doing this again with our next big group.

One of my favorite spots in Gainesville. Peggy and the whole crew run a very effective operation. I love how I can get everything from sushi to hibachi to specialized Chinese and Thai dishes. They even do a gluten free chicken and broccoli for my wife. The ginger salad is amazing, and I love the spring rolls. Service is always on point (we usually ask for Lisa, but everyone’s great), and we never have to wait long for our meals. One more thing on the food… they have a “bowl and roll” item on the menu that works out perfect if you want a little hibachi AND a sushi roll. Delicious!
