This is hands down the best place to experience authentic Canarian cuisine in Santa Cruz, especially for those looking for a gluten-free options. They offer a wide variety of traditional dishes without any risk of contamination, making it a perfect choice for celiacs and gluten-sensitive diners. A special mention goes to Winder, our waiter, who was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to explain the menu in detail and reassured us about the safety of the gluten-free options. His recommendations of typical island dishes were spot on, and he even guided us on the proper way to enjoy them. The whole dining experience was exceptional—from the warm atmosphere to the delicious flavors of Tenerife. To top it all off, they treated us to a “chupito” of Ronmiel de Canarias, a delightful local honey rum. If you want to savor the true taste of Tenerife with outstanding service and a gluten-free experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
